Its main methodological thrust is based on the theory that the body and mind require complete stillness in order to discover one’s individuality and uniqueness as a human being. Through the use of various therapeutic tools and fundamentals, this methodology has as its ultimate goal to prevent the client, who is a professional athlete, from permanently damaging their bodies, minds and relationships during the course of their careers, and further to assist the client in elongating their careers.
